Meeting and pickup information
- Your driver/guide will meet travelers either at their hotel reception or at the airport arrival hall. The driver will be holding a signboard with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
- Pickups are available from our Arusha office, selected hotels, and Kilimanjaro Airport. Please be ready at least 45 Minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Drivers will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup location.
